Rykai is an Irish, founder-led technology business. Ricki handles website enquiries. Send privacy questions and requests through our contact form.
The project form collects your name, email, project description and any optional business name, phone number or area of interest you provide. The server records enquiry details and delivery status in a protected log. It also uses a one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. The website host may keep normal access and security logs.
We use this information to reply to your request, scope possible work, maintain security and keep a record of the conversation. Sending the form does not add you to a marketing list and does not result in an automated decision about you.
We process enquiry details to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for Rykai’s legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, protecting the form and keeping proportionate business records.
Rykai and the hosting and email providers needed to process your enquiry receive the relevant information. A confirmation email may be sent to the address you enter. We do not sell enquiry data.
Enquiries and relevant correspondence are kept while handling your request and where needed for the resulting project, business records or legal obligations. You can contact us to ask what we hold or request deletion. This website does not promise an automatic deletion schedule.
The public website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Interactive examples are fictional demonstrations, not live AI services. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing where those rights apply. Use our contact form and describe your request in the message field. You can also raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
